Acceleration Training is the term used to describe exercise on the PowerPlate® utilizing its 3D vibration technology. Vibration from the platform adds an ‘acceleration effect’ which challenges the body dramatically. Any exercises in the gym setting can be done on the PowerPlate® resulting in superior training effects.
TRX® suspension training was created by a Navy SEAL, and uses your own body weight to leverage against gravity. There are literally 100s of exercises that can be done to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
At ISW we combine TRX® with PowerPlate® to offer a wide range of exercises ranging from easier for the beginner to very challenging for the most elite!
